LectorDeBlueSky es un cliente de terceros para la red social Bluesky. Esta página informa sobre las políticas de recopilación, uso y divulgación de información personal al usar la app.

1. Visión general

LectorDeBlueSky es un cliente de terceros para la red social Bluesky. La app se conecta a los servidores de Bluesky (AT Protocol) para mostrar tu timeline, publicar contenido e interactuar con otros usuarios. Debes tener una cuenta de Bluesky y aceptar la Política de Privacidad y los Términos de Servicio de Bluesky para usar la app.

La app utiliza la tecnología de traducción de Apple para traducir posts en el dispositivo. Apple gestiona las descargas de los diccionarios de idiomas. La Política de Privacidad de Apple se aplica a los datos manejados por Apple.

Si resides en la Unión Europea, el tratamiento de tus datos personales se realizará de conformidad con el Reglamento (UE) 2016/679, Reglamento General de Protección de Datos ("RGPD"), así como con cualquier otra normativa local que resulte aplicable.

2. Información que recopilamos y que no recopilamos

Información que procesamos:

  • Sesión de Bluesky: La app almacena tokens OAuth, datos de sesión y la clave DPoP local de forma segura en el Keychain del dispositivo para autenticarte con los servidores de Bluesky. Tu contraseña de Bluesky no se introduce ni se almacena en la app.
  • Datos de Bluesky: La app accede a tu timeline, perfil, notificaciones y otros datos de tu cuenta de Bluesky a través del AT Protocol. Estos datos se procesan localmente en tu dispositivo.

Información que NO recopilamos:

  • No mantenemos servidores propios ni backend centralizado de usuarios.
  • No recopilamos analíticas de uso, métricas de comportamiento ni telemetría.
  • No se recopila información sobre la ubicación de tu dispositivo.
  • No vendemos ni compartimos datos con fines de marketing o publicidad.
  • No se envían datos de traducción a servidores externos. Las traducciones se procesan localmente en el dispositivo.

3. Almacenamiento local y seguridad

Los tokens OAuth, datos de sesión y la clave DPoP local se almacenan de forma segura en el Keychain de iOS. Las traducciones en caché y las preferencias de la app se almacenan localmente en el dispositivo.

LectorDeBlueSky no garantiza una seguridad absoluta, pero se esfuerza por aplicar las buenas prácticas de seguridad recomendadas para las plataformas de Apple. Puedes borrar toda la información almacenada desinstalando la app.

4. Menores de edad

LectorDeBlueSky está destinada a usuarios mayores de 17 años, en consonancia con los requisitos de Bluesky. No recopilamos conscientemente información de menores.

Si eres padre, madre o tutor y crees que un menor ha utilizado la app, puedes contactar con el desarrollador.

5. Derechos del usuario

En la medida en que la app no crea cuentas centralizadas ni mantiene un backend propio de datos personales, tú mantienes el control sobre la mayoría de la información directamente en tu dispositivo.

Dependiendo de tu jurisdicción, puedes tener derechos como:

  • Acceder a los datos que se conservan sobre ti.
  • Rectificar información inexacta.
  • Solicitar la eliminación de datos almacenados localmente (por ejemplo, borrando el historial o desinstalando la app).
  • Limitar u oponerte a ciertos tratamientos.

Para ejercer estos derechos más allá de lo que puedas gestionar desde la propia app o el sistema operativo, puedes contactar con el desarrollador.

Si te encuentras en la Unión Europea, estos derechos se corresponden, entre otros, con los previstos en el RGPD (acceso, rectificación, supresión, limitación del tratamiento, oposición y portabilidad de los datos). También puedes tener derecho a presentar una reclamación ante la autoridad de control competente en materia de protección de datos de tu país de residencia.

6. Base legal y ámbito de aplicación (RGPD)

Cuando el RGPD resulte aplicable, la base legal principal para el tratamiento de tus datos por parte de LectorDeBlueSky es la necesidad de dicho tratamiento para prestar el servicio que solicitas (art. 6.1.b RGPD: ejecución de un contrato o aplicación de medidas precontractuales a petición del interesado).

En determinados casos, el tratamiento también puede basarse en tu consentimiento (art. 6.1.a RGPD), por ejemplo cuando decides habilitar determinadas funciones opcionales o enviar información especialmente sensible. Podrás retirar tu consentimiento en cualquier momento desde los ajustes de la app o dejando de utilizar las funciones correspondientes.

7. Cambios en esta Política de Privacidad

Podemos actualizar esta Política de Privacidad de vez en cuando para reflejar cambios en la app, en los servicios de terceros utilizados o en los requisitos legales aplicables.

Cuando se publique una nueva versión de la política, se actualizará la fecha de "Última actualización" indicada al principio de este documento. Te recomendamos revisarla periódicamente.

LectorDeBlueSky is a third-party client for the Bluesky social network. This page informs you about the policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal information when using the app.

1. Overview

LectorDeBlueSky is a third-party client for the Bluesky social network. The app connects to Bluesky's servers (AT Protocol) to display your timeline, publish content and interact with other users. You must have a Bluesky account and accept Bluesky's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service to use the app.

The app uses Apple's translation technology to translate posts on-device. Apple manages the language dictionary downloads. Apple's Privacy Policy applies to data handled by Apple.

If you reside in the European Union, your personal data will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR"), as well as any other applicable local regulations.

2. Information we collect and do not collect

Information we process:

  • Bluesky session: The app stores OAuth tokens, session data and the local DPoP key securely in the device Keychain to authenticate you with Bluesky's servers. Your Bluesky password is never entered into or stored in the app.
  • Bluesky data: The app accesses your timeline, profile, notifications and other data from your Bluesky account through the AT Protocol. This data is processed locally on your device.

Information we do NOT collect:

  • We do not maintain our own servers or a centralized user backend.
  • We do not collect usage analytics, behavioral metrics or telemetry.
  • We do not collect information about your device's location.
  • We do not sell or share data for marketing or advertising purposes.
  • No translation data is sent to external servers. Translations are processed locally on the device.

3. Local storage and security

OAuth tokens, session data and the local DPoP key are stored securely in the iOS Keychain. Cached translations and app preferences are stored locally on the device.

LectorDeBlueSky does not guarantee absolute security, but strives to apply the security best practices recommended for Apple platforms. You can erase all stored information by uninstalling the app.

4. Children

LectorDeBlueSky is intended for users over 17 years of age, in line with Bluesky's requirements. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a minor has used the app, you can contact the developer.

5. User rights

To the extent that the app does not create centralized accounts or maintain its own backend of personal data, you retain control over most of the information directly on your device.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights such as:

  • Accessing the data held about you.
  • Rectifying inaccurate information.
  • Requesting the deletion of locally stored data (for example, by clearing history or uninstalling the app).
  • Restricting or objecting to certain processing.

To exercise these rights beyond what you can manage from the app itself or the operating system, you can contact the developer.

Where the GDPR applies, the main legal basis for the processing of your data by LectorDeBlueSky is the necessity of such processing to provide the service you request (art. 6.1.b GDPR: performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures taken at the data subject's request).

In certain cases, processing may also be based on your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), for example when you decide to enable certain optional features or submit particularly sensitive information. You may withdraw your consent at any time from the app settings or by ceasing to use the corresponding features.

7. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the app, in the third-party services used or in the applicable legal requirements.

When a new version of the policy is published, the "Last updated" date at the beginning of this document will be updated. We recommend reviewing it periodically.
